Milan, Michigan --  City Charter

The name of this organized city is “City of Milan .”  It is a body corporate and embraces the following described territory in the counties of Washtenaw and Monroe, including that territory constituting the former Village of Milan, together with such territory as may from time to time be attached hereto, and less such territory as may from time to time be detached therefrom, in accordance with law: [*legal description follows*]
