McKindley, Frank A.  Found in "History of Berrien County" 1906.  Describes the life of Francis A. McKindley, born 1846; also discusses his wife, Helen Cornelia Howard, and her parents, John F. Howard and Sylvesta Easton Howard.

McKindley, John.  His "Last Will and Testament" executed in Galway, New York, in 1823.

Pearl, Irving R.  Born 1866, son of Warren H. and Minerva Randall Pearl.  Found in "History of Berrien County" 1906, pages 776-778.  Mentions his wife Nettie Kennedy.  Known as "Irv" his full name was Irving Randall Pearl.  He was a contractor, building sewers, and joined many fraternal organizations.

Pearl, Phineas.  Born 1789. "History of Berrien County" 1880, page 201. He and his wife, Fannie Hatch, had nine children. Phineas came from poor background; raised by widowed mother, went to straggling public schools where the rod was never spared.

Pearl, Warren H.  Born about 1820. "History of Berrien County" 1880. Page 201-202. Also mentioned: his wife Minerva Randall, daughter of Joseph and Lucretia Randall. Lists all 9 of Warren's children.

Randall, Allen M.  Born 1842.  Found in "History of Berrien County" 1906 page 668. Also mentions his uncle, James I. Randall, who brought him to Berrien County from Canada when Allen was six years old.  Mentions his brother William Randall.  Mentions Warren H. Pearl, and William Sutherland.  NOTE: I am missing page 670.

Sutherland, Darwin B.  Born 1860. Darwin's parents were Lewis Sutherland and Matilda Howard.  Mentions his daughter Addie, the wife of Rodney C. Pearl.  Mentions Darwin's wife, Lulu Lewis.

Sutherland, John R. Born 1832.  "History of Berrien County" 1906, page 977.Also mentioned: his wife Mary A. Shippy, who was born in Jefferson county, New York in 1834, and names of their eight children.  John R. is probably the brother of Lewis.

Sutherland, Sterling L. Born 1861.  Found in "History of Berrien County" 1906, page 530. Describes life of his father Lewis Sutherland, his mother Matilda Howard, and his grandfather Lot Sutherland. Mentions his wife Elma D. Pearl, daughter of "Major" Lewis Pearl.  I wish I had page 532 of this biography.
