WILLIAM HOWARD McKINDLEY
Born 1873 in Berrien County, Michigan on a farm southeast of Benton Harbor. His wife, Cynthia Wees, was also born on a farm in the area.  She was a school teacher at the Pearl Grange School, a two-room schoolhouse along Napier Road.  William died in 1913 and is buried at the Pearl Cemetery along Napier Road southeast of Benton Harbor.
