WILLIAM WEES
Came to Berrien County, Michigan from Canada in about 1850, with his wife Isabel Randall Wees.  

He joined many other men from the Benton Harbor-St. Joe area on the California gold rush.  He returned home and devoted himself to farming.  To read a historical biography of him, click on "History of Berrien County" 1906.
