I, Francis McLean of the town of Cambridge aforesaid considering the uncertainty of this mortal life and being of sound mind and memory, before the almighty God for the same - do make and publish this my last will and testament in form following first, I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be paid by my executors herein after named ---- Item. I give devise and bequeath to my beloved wife Mary the one equal undivided fourth part of all my farm which I now live on together with my dwelling house and firewood drawn and cut fit for the fire by James and Ebenezer McLean, as long as she lives and remaineth my widow, --- I also give and bequeath to my wife Mary all my household furniture and personal property to be her own and to dispose of as she pleaseth -- I also give and bequeath to my daughter Martha McAuley one hundred and fifty dollars one year after my disseas, likewise my grandson Francis McKindley I give and bequeath fifty dollars when he is twenty one years old or one year after my death ---- Item. I give and bequeath to my son William McLean two hundred dollars one year after my death --- Item. I give and bequeath to my son Alexander McLean two hundred dollars one year after my death Item. I give and devise the two lots of land which I own in the town of Albion, Oswego County, known by lot No. six and Lot No. Eleven to my son Francis McLean being the two lots on which he now lives to him his heirs and assigns forever, and I do further give and bequeath to my son Francis McLean two hundred dollars to be paid one year after my disseas ---- Item. I give and bequeath to my son James McLean his heirs and assigns forever one undivided half of my farm that I now live on after the death of their mother except the fourth part which was left to her her life time. -- Item. I give and bequeath to my son Ebenezer McLean his heirs and assigns forever the other undivided half of my farm that I now live on after he arrives to the age of twenty one years except the fourth part which was left to his mother while she remains my widdow. -- item. I give and bequeath to my daughter Ann McLean eight hundred dollars one year after my death. I also do further give and bequeath to my daughter Ann McLean the privelage after he mother's death the lower west room of my house with the privalage of cutting firewood for one fire off the farm and also one cow to be kept the year round by James and Ebenezer McLean while she remains unmarried -- And I do hereby appoint my wife Mary McLean Executrix and Alexander McLean and James McLean executors of this my last will and testament hereby revoking all former wills by me made. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this third day of March in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and twenty nine. Signed sealed published and declared by the above named Francis McLean to be his last Will and testament in presence of us who have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses in presence of the testator.
