James Kelly, George McWilliam. John McWilliam [NOTE: His will was hand written in his lawyer's office in 1823, and signed. After John's death, it was re-copied into the Saratoga County probate register by hand. That is why one daughter is called either "Jane" or "June" interchangeably, while the name "McKindley" is misspelled. Also, please note that our ancestor, William McKindley, was born in 1786 and died in 1821, two years before this Will was written. For some reason, the father, John, did not see fit to leave anything to the widow or children of his deceased son William McKindley.]
